Demmin: Lahav Family Office acquires another discount supermarket

The Israeli based LAHAV Family Office, which is represented in Germany exclusively by DRIA GmbH, has acquired another retail property in the East German city of Demmin. The approximately 1,148 m2 of rental space with 50 associated parking spaces has been rented to discount supermarket chain Netto since 2011. The adjacent retail centre, which is currently still vacant, is already owned by LAHAV, which is being restructured by DRIA GmbH, whereby Hillemeyer Immobilien GmbH has been mandated for the new acquisition of tenants. With this manage to core strategy, DRIA GmbH will generate an above-average return within the current market conditions for the Family Office within a time frame of approximately 18 months.
