Dahlke & Porth Group acquire retail parks in Bavaria & NRW

The Dahlke (Heinsberg) and Porth (Berlin, Lüneburg) families have acquired two retail parks in Altenkunstadt (Bavaria) and Borken (NRW) through an investment company. Together, the properties have a plot size of approx. 25,000 m² and a total lettable area of around 11,000 m². The joint venture plans the comprehensive revitalisation of both locations. In Altenkunstadt, in addition to NKD, the special items chain Jawoll, among others, will move into the former Rewe space. In Borken, there are plans to revitalise and restructure the retail park. ALDI and JYSK as existing tenants will receive contemporary configurations in terms of shopfitting and sales area sizes in the course of the measure.
