Dahlke & Porth acquire last mile logistics location in Dresden

The Dahlke (Heinsberg) and Porth (Berlin/Lüneburg) families have acquired a logistics property at Bremer Straße 15 in the up-and-coming Friedrichstadt district of Dresden, not far from the Frauenkirche. Wego/Vti currently operates a construction and logistics centre on a site area of approx. 20,000 m² with a rental area of around 6,000 m². Due to the exposed location of the property in the middle of the Friedrichstadt district, it is optimally connected to Dresden’s city centre as well as to long-distance traffic via the nearby A4 and A17 motorways.
