Captiva acquired the “Lindenquartier“ in Peine (Hannover)

Captiva and Universal-Investment acquire the Lindenquartier (under construction) in the center of Peine, near Hannover, from THI Holding. The transaction volume amounts to about EUR 51 million.A residential and commercial building with approx. 60 apartments on the upper floors, five commercial units and 42 underground parking spaces is being built in the northern construction area near the Gröpern shopping street. In the southern construction area an Edeka E-Center (5.190 m²), Rossmann store and other shops and restaurants will be built. The Lindenquartier should be completed by the end of 2023 at the latest.Captiva acted as investment manager in this transaction for a special real estate fund administered by Universal-Investment. Further acquisitions in the food retail and local supply segment are planned. The transaction was accompanied by the law firm Huth Dietrich Hahn, Jebens Mensching and Bohnzirlewagen. DRIA acted in an advising and mediating capacity.
