Bottrop: Next acquitision of the Lahav Family Office in NRW

Following the acquisition of a retail parc in Osnabrück, the Haifa based Family Office has acquired another retail anchored property in NRW via DRIA GmbH. This property, originally build in 1987 on a parcel of 6.201 m², has a rentable area of 3.988 m² and is rented to Medimax and FitX, who entered the building following a comprehensive modernization in 2016. The parties decided not to disclose the purchase price.
