Bochum: DRIA GmbH acquired shopping center for the Lahav Family Office

DRIA GmbH acquired a commercial property for the Israeli Lahav Family office. The transaction was processed by Sloane Hennef GmbH & Co. KG as purchasing company.

The former DIY store Praktiker got completely reconstructed in 2016/2017 and was let to discounter Thomas Philipps as well as to fitness studio VIVA afterwards. Both tenants have signed long term lease contracts. The property was built on a plot of app. 18.200 m² with a total rentable space of app. 7.037 m² and 230 parking places.
