Bernburg: LAHAV sells DIY store – Hagebau leaves & tedox moves in…

In spring, DRIA GmbH sold a property from the LAHAV Family Offices portfolio to a real estate company from Saxony-Anhalt. The property is a former DIY store that was built in the 1990s on a plot of around 18,400 m². The property was let to the DIY chain Hagebau until the end of 2024.

In future, the furniture discounter tedox will present its diverse range of products at the site. The new tenant will have around 4,143 m² of rental space at its disposal with a pure sales area of just under 3,300 m². The opening is scheduled for the coming months.

In addition to the basic planning and the new lease to tedox, DRIA GmbH fixed also the building rights for the retailers tedox, Fressnapf and Aldi before selling the property. The buyer is also planning a major overall development of the property. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
