Bernburg: DRIA GmbH acquired a DIY store for the Israeli LAHAV Family Office

DRIA GmbH acquired a DIY store in Bernburg (Saxony-Anhalt) as part of its acquisition activities for the Israeli LAHAV Family Office. The property was built in 1995 on a site of around 18,400 m² and has a rental area of just below 4,500 m², which is let to the DIY chain Hagebau. Due to the existing building reserves, several additional settlements from the non-food specialist market sector are planned in the medium term.
