Berlin: LAHAV Family Office acquires OBI DIY store via DRIA GmbH

The Israeli LAHAV Family Office has acquired a DIY store in Berlin, with the purchase process being managed by DRIA GmbH as part of its asset management mandate. The property is located on a site of almost 21,500 m² and has been let to the DIY chain OBI since completion in 2005.

With a rental area of around 15,250 m², the store offers everything to do with building, DIY and gardening. The neighbouring property is home to the POCO furniture store. Customers of both stores have access to over 450 shared car parking spaces during their shopping trip. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
