Berlin: Centerscape buys “Marzahner Promenade”

Centerscape has acquired a shopping center in Marzahn. Opened in 2005, the “Marzahner Promenade” with more than 4,600 m² of retail space is located between Landsberger Allee and Franz-Stenzer-Straße. Anchor tenants include Netto and Pfennigpfeifer. Customers have 128 free parking spaces at their available to customers.
