Beckum: DRIA GmbH & burberger GmbH mediate a shopping centre to a investor from Dortmund

In the second quarter of this year, an investor from Dortmund acquired a shopping centre in the North Rhine-Westphalian town of Beckum. The property is located on a plot of app. 22,500 m² and comprises a total rental area of app. 7,526 m², of which almost 2,000 m² is let to the anchor tenant REWE. The retail offer gets completed by the recently refurbished tedox store and the discounter ALDI. The centre’s customers also have 230 free parking spaces at their disposal during their shopping trip. The transaction was handled with the help of DRIA GmbH and burberger GmbH.
