Bad Lobenstein: Australian family office acquires retail park

The Australian family office, Sunshine Real Estate GmbH, which is exclusively represented by DRIA GmbH in Germany, recently acquired a retail park in Bad Lobenstein, Thuringia. The property was built in the 1990s. In early 2000, the original supermarket was converted into a beverage market. Since the completion of the conversion in 2002, the beverage market chain Markgrafen has been represented at the location, which has only recently extended its long-term lease. In addition to the beverage market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a textile store are located in the property. The rental space of the centre totals around 730 m². The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
