Babenhausen: DRIA GmbH mediates fully leased retail park to Tübingen investor

An investor from Tübingen recently acquired a retail park in Babenhausen through the successful mediation of DRIA GmbH. The seller is a regionally based company. The fully let property has a total rental area of ​​around 2,017 m². The anchor tenant with an area of ​​approx. 700 m² is the drugstore chain dm. The fashion shops Takko and NKD as well as the non-food discounter T€DI complete the mix of branches of the center. The property also includes over 100 customer parking spaces.
