An investor from Tübingen recently acquired a retail park in Babenhausen through the successful mediation of DRIA GmbH. The seller is a regionally based company. The fully let property has a total rental area of ​​around 2,017 m². The anchor tenant with an area of ​​approx. 700 m² is the drugstore chain dm.
