Aue: Israeli Family Office LAHAV buys retail park

Shortly before the end of the year, the Israeli LAHAV Family Office completed its 3rd transaction within a few weeks, as part of an asset deal. Recently LAHAV Family Office purchased a retail portfolio and a LIDL discounter in Mönchengladbach.

The property was built in 1996 on a plot of approximately 14.827 m² and has a total rental space of about 7.932 m², of which about 1.370 m² is rented to ALDI discounter and about 6.547 m² to Jawoll specialty chain. In 2018, ALDI comprehensively renovated and expanded this supermarket by adding an extension and signed a new 15-year lease for the location.

The seller is an American pension fund. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. DRIA GmbH has been commissioned by the buyer for the purchase and the subsequent asset management. LAHAV continues to expand in 2020 and plans further buyers and sellers with a total volume of EUR 100 million.
