Alsdorf: DRIA acquired another A.T.U. Service-Center for LAHAV

After the Israeli LAHAV Family Office currently acquired a car service centre in Glauchau (Saxony), a second purchase of a car service centre followed now in Alsdorf (North Rhine-Westphalia). The commercial property was built in 1993 on a plot of app. 3.713 m² and has a lettable area of app. 1.290 m², which is also let to the workshop operator A.T.U. on a long-term lease. The lease contract has a runtime until July 2040. The purchase and subsequent asset management of the property is the responsibility of DRIA GmbH, which represents the LAHAV Family Office in Germany. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
