Glauchau: DRIA acquired the first A.T.U. Service-Center for the LAHAV Family Office

The Israeli LAHAV Family Office has acquired a car service centre in Glauchau, Saxony, with the help of DRIA GmbH. The commercial property was built on a plot of around 3,509 m² and has a lettable area of app. 1,078 m², which is let to the workshop operator A.T.U. on a long-term lease. In addition to the workshop and a storage and sales area, there are also around 50 parking spaces on the site, which is conveniently located on the outskirts of Glauchau. The purchase and subsequent asset management of the property is the responsibility of DRIA GmbH, which represents the LAHAV Family Office in Germany. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
