The Trinkgut beverage store chain opened its doors on Karl-Arnold-Straße at the beginning of May. 3 years have passed since the former Netto had to be closed due to arson. Now, after an extensive planning and construction phase, the property shines in new splendor, realized according to tenant wishes and with a modern concept for the rental space of app. 1.100 m², the EDEKA Group has once again secured the location for the long term.

Customers are offered a relaxed shopping experience with a large selection of different types of beverages on a sales area of around 800 m². In addition, the outdoor area has been completely redesigned so that a spacious parking lot including e-charging points are available to visitors to the store.

DRIA GmbH, which is also responsible for the asset management of the store, managed and implemented the new planning and realization of the property in close cooperation with the tenant Trinkgut.
