North Rhine-Westphalia: LAHAV expands its retail portfolio

LAHAV is on a shopping tour again. The Israeli family office has recently acquired 3 properties in a package. The properties, which are located in the cities of Duisburg, Wetter and Bochum, are retail properties with anchor tenants Lidl, Penny and a Denn’s organic market. The package of three properties comprises a total floor area of app. 6,207 m², which is fully let.

The transaction was handled by DRIA GmbH, which represents LAHAV in Germany. DRIA GmbH is also responsible for the subsequent asset management of the 3 properties. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
