Würselen: After extensive reconstruction measures – Reopening of the expert X²O Bad

Last year the Israeli family office LAHAV acquired a retail property in the commercial area of the city Würselen  The main area of the property, which measures around 3,380 m² in total, had been let to the Hammer furniture store until the end of 2022, when it vacated the property.
As part of the purchase by LAHAV, the property was remodelled and re-let last year. The new anchor tenant with a rental area of around 2,150 m² is the bathroom & sanitary expert X²O Germany GmbH, which has been offering a wide range of bathroom fittings in its showroom with over 70 bathroom displays since opening in December 2023. A new lease agreement was also signed with electrical wholesaler H. Gautzsch. A tax office has been based in the property since 2003.
