Sunshine Family Office continues to restructure the existing portfolio

In the course of the asset management mandate of the Sunshine Family Office, DRIA GmbH has continued to restructure the existing portfolio and sold the TOTAL location in the Bavarian Aurach to a private investor from the Hamburg area. Prior to the start of the sales process, DRIA GmbH extended the lease prematurely for a further 5 years, so that the investor made an attractive and long-term secure investment with a fixed term until 2032 and a net yield of 6.13%. The property itself was built on a plot of just under 5,500 m² and has been leased to the petrol station operator Total Deutschland GmbH since 2012. The Sunshine Family Office plans to further reduce the quota of automotive locations in its portfolio in the future and to invest the released liquidity in retail real estate. DRIA GmbH will not only identify suitable properties for its clients but also control the DD process and then manage the properties in the future.
