A Israeli Family Office acquired a residential/commercial building in Recklinghausen with the help of DRIA GmbH. The property was built in the early 1990s on a plot of around 3.166 m² and has a total rental area of app. 1.341 m². Long-term anchor tenant is the discounter Penny, which claims with around 1.167 m² the bigger part of the total space. At the end of 2021 Penny has completely modernised the space. In addition to another commercial unit and two flats, the property also includes about 50 parking spaces.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
