Niederweimar: The Israeli Family Office LAHAV sold a further retail property

DRIA GmbH has recently sold another retail object for the Lahav Family Office to a developer. The property sold has a total rentable area of 1.020 m² and was built on a parcel of 5.155 m², being let to the food discounter Aldi from the year of construction. As Aldi is intending to occupy a new build property on a neighbouring plot, DRIA GmbH had initiated the reletting process of the existing spaces. At the time of the sale, finalized plans and conditions were pre-negotiated with the drug store chain Rossmann as well as the local Sparkasse, which the buyer is going to take over. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
