Neunkirchen: Clever Fit opens its doors next to Decathlon

“Zum Eisenwerk 1” is now THE address for all sports enthusiasts in Neunkirchen. In addition to the existing Decathlon sports shop, a fitness studio has now also opened its doors there. After several months of planning and extensive construction work, the new branch of the Clever Fit fitness studio chain officially opened its doors on 29 September 2023. A sports studio with a state-of-the-art design has been created on an area of almost 1,000 m². With a wide range of training equipment and an extensive sports programme, every guest will get their money’s worth.

The property is part of the existing portfolio of the Israeli LAHAV Family Office, which is represented throughout Germany by DRIA GmbH. In addition to planning and realising the new construction project, DRIA GmbH also conducted the lease negotiations with the fitness operator Clever Fit, which has committed itself to the location for at least 15 years. DRIA GmbH is also responsible for the subsequent asset management of the property.
