Linden: DRIA GmbH sells the “Kuhn Center” to Hessian investor

Recently, a Hessian company acquired the “Kuhn Center” shopping centre in Linden through the mediation of DRIA GmbH. The property was built in 2010 on a plot of around 27,590 m² and has a total lettable area of approximately 9,824 m², of which around 4,648 m² is let to the anchor tenant Kaufland. Further tenants such as T€DI, Kik and Ernsting’s Family as well as 5 residential units and a car park with over 400 parking spaces complete the fully let centre. With this investment, the buyer is following a manage-to-core strategy and will return the centre to the market by implementing various measures, depending on the market environment.
