Leipzig: Hamburg real estate company acquires 2nd Netto store from the LAHAV Family Office

In addition to a supermarket in Naumburg (Saxony-Anhalt), the Israeli LAHAV Family Office, which is represented in Germany by DRIA GmbH, has simultaneously sold another discount store in Leipzig from its existing portfolio. Both properties, each of which is a Netto store, were sold to a real estate company from Hamburg.

The property in Leipzig was built in the mid-1990s on a plot of around 5,472 m² and had been let to a Plus store since completion. In 2012, the property was transferred to Netto, which has committed itself to the location for the long term. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
