LAHAV Family Office acquires a non-food anchored retail portfolio

Lahav, represented by DRIA GmbH in Germany, continues to grow in Germany. Just recently, a portfolio consisting of 6 retail properties across Western Germany has been acquired by the Israeli the Family Office. The properties are located in Hückelhoven (NRW), Neustadt a.d. Weinstraße (rhineland Palatinate), Aalen-Essingen (Baden-Württemberg), Neunkirchen (Saarland), Bremerhaven (Bremen) and Baden-Baden (Baden-Württemberg) and were built between 2001 and 2015. The total area of the land is 80.300 m². The total rental area of all 6 locations is 18.705 m² and the premisses are let to stationary non-food retailers. DRIA GmbH has been responsible with the identification of the acquisition opportunity, the financing as well as the due diligence process. For the future, DRIA GmbH will be responsible for the asset management.
