Expansion course: Action rents in Neustadt an der Donau

The non-food discounter Action is continuing its expansion course and has rented a space in Neustadt an der Donau in Gewerbepark 50. Action is renting the former TEDI and KiK space at Gewerbepark 50 in Neustadt an der Donau, with KiK having recently moved into the former DIY store in the immediate neighbourhood and TEDI having already taken over the former ‘AWG’ some time ago, so that the two spaces can now be combined into one large one. The non-food discounter Action will attractively present its wide range of household, decoration, home textiles, office and hobby, garden and outdoor, cosmetics, seasonal goods and much more in a modern shop with 755 qm of sales space.

The specialist retail centre at the business park, which already has branches of Kaufland, Tedi and KiK as tenants, will receive a real enrichment for the location and the local people with Action. The rental space was already handed over in mid-August, meaning that the store will be able to open on 21 September 2024 following extensive conversion work within the rental space.
