Eisenach: DRIA GmbH sells a petrol station to a Limburger Family-Office

With the help of the DRIA GmbH a family office from Limburg has acquired a petrol station in Eisenach (Thuringia). The petrol station was built on a plot of app. 4.379 m² and since the beginning of this year the property is let to the BP Europa SE, which operates a ARAL petrol station on the plot. The object exists of a car wash, 4 washing boxes, 4 vacuum cleaner places as well as 4 cleaning pistols, a shop with a bistro on app. 107 m² and a 24-hour-service. Furthermore a car workshop is situated on the area. Due to the central position in Eisenach the plot has a good third usability for the future. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.
