Eilenburg: DRIA GmbH sells retail center to the FCR Immobilien AG

Currently the DRIA GmbH has mediated the sale of a nearly full-let retail center to FCR Immobilien AG. The property was built in 1993 on a plot of around 35.000 m² in a perfect traffic- and trading area of the city Eilenburg. In 2020 the object got comprehensively modernized. The sales area of app. 15.000 m² is long-termed let to the anchor tenants Kaufland, the DIY store toom as well as to other smaller retailers. Furthermore 600 parking lots belong to the building. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
