DRIA GmbH: Transaction volume of around EUR 100 million since the beginning of the corona pandemic

About 1.5 years after the founding of DRIA GmbH at the beginning of 2019, the managed assets (assets under management) rose to over EUR 400 million. Since the beginning of the corona pandemic at the beginning of March this year, DRIA GmbH mediated transactions of around EUR 100 million, which are divided into 38 properties. DRIA GmbH kept 35 of the brokered properties under asset management. For 2020, DRIA GmbH expects a transaction volume of EUR 250 million, which would represent a record in the company’s short history.

In addition to the transaction support and asset management, DRIA GmbH is also expanding project development. In order to competently cover the structural engineering side, this area is being expanded together with TS Bau GmbH, in person Mr. Thomas Schreck from Rengsdorf. The shareholders of DRIA GmbH are calculating a construction volume of EUR 20 million for the next 3 years (as of August 2020) through the acquisition of value-add properties and property option contracts.
