DRIA GmbH shops in Schalksmühle

DRIA GmbH recently concluded the purchase contract for a residential-commercial building in Schalksmühle (Sauerland) through EKZ Schalksmühle GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of DRIA GmbH. The anchor tenant of the property is Michael Brücken Kaufpark GmbH, which operates a full range of REWE stores there. Other tenants include an entertainment center, a travel agency and other small-scale commercial tenants. The property will be taken over by DRIA GmbH in the long term. Sebastian Mehlkopp, who coordinated the process on the DRIA GmbH side: “The deciding factor for the purchase was the non-duplicable location within the village and the vacancies that gave us the opportunity to increase the value of the property in the long term. Here we can use our entrepreneurial resources and our experience, which is also reflected in the fact that we are already in advanced negotiations with potential prospective tenants on all vacancies. ” The legal advice was provided by Mr. Philipp Stricharz, Partner FieldFisher Hamburg for the side of DRIA GmbH.

Further purchases by DRIA GmbH are planned, whereby the purchase pipeline is well filled with properties in the high single-digit million range.
