Dieburg: Deutsche Investment acquired Netto-market

For the special assets Deutsche Investment Food Retail I the company Deutsche Investment has acquired a Discounter in the South-Hessian city Dieburg from a private company. The property with the address Am Campus 7 was built in 2016 on a plot of app. 4.700 m² and has a rentable space of app. 1.153 m², whereof app. 815 m² get used as sales area. The building is completely and long-termed let to the retailer Netto Marken-Discount. In the closer surrounding the media campus of the university Darmstadt and a hall of residence are located.

The transaction was mediated by the DRIA GmbH. The Deutsche Investment got technically advised by the SREC as well as legally advised by the lawyers Bissel and Partner. The parties decided not to disclose the purchase price.
