Cottbus: Australia based Sunshine Real Estate sells automotive property to a German Family Office

A family office based in Potsdam has recently acquired an automotive real estate in Cottbus. The property, consisting of two buildings let to the workshop chains Pit Stop and Carglass with a lettable area of 750 m², was built on a site with 4.130 m². DRIA GmbH acting as asset manager for the Australian Family Office Sunshine Real Estate structured the sale. The sale is part of a portfolio restructuring, aiming at reducing the current portfolio´s exposure to the automotive sector, and will be followed by additional sales. The proceeds from the sales shall be reinvested into retail properties located throughout Germany.
