Beeskow: Extension & modernization of NORMA & beverage store

Within the last few months, the rental space of the NORMA store in Beeskow (Brandenburg) got modernized and extended. The rental space was increased from the original 850 m² to around 1.150 m². The completion and reopening of the supermarket took place in November 2021.

In addition, the rental space of the adjacent beverage store is currently being increased from around 380 m² to a total of around 435 m². The construction works are expected to be completed this quarter. The property is part of the existing portfolio of the Israeli LAHAV Family Office. DRIA GmbH, which is responsible for the asset management of the property, is also responsible for the planning and execution of the expansion measures.
