Bad Bentheim: Dahlke Family Holding acquiers another retail property

Towards the end of 2020, Dahlke Family Holding acquired another retail property in Bad Bentheim. The property, build in the 90´s close to the Dutch border, has been build on a plot of 7.000 m². The rental area of 1.400 m² was originally used by Lidl, who had subleased the premises to Jawoll in most recent years. With the maturity of the main lease, the property was led to the sepcial goods market Thomas Philipps. The reopening is scheduled towards the end of the 1st quarter 2021. The assetmanagement has been taken over by DRIA GmbH.
