In addition to managing the real estate properties of its own partners, DRIA primarily acts as the competent asset manager for the German real estate investments of a number of selected foreign family offices.
In this capacity, DRIA is responsible, among other things, for the management, acquisition and sale as well as the development and optimisation of portfolio properties.
