Rüthen: DRIA GmbH acquires another property for the Sunshine Family Office

After the sale of two automotive properties in Aurach and Cottbus and the purchase of a retail property in Halberstadt, the restructuring of the existing portfolio of the Australian Sunshine Family Office by DRIA GmbH was now continued by the purchase of a further specialist store in Rüthen. In addition to identifying and purchasing new, suitable properties, DRIA GmbH is also responsible for the DD process and the subsequent asset management of the properties.

The property in Rüthen has approximately 1,456 m² that was originally built for a “mini price” and is rented to the non-food chain Centershop in the long term. In addition to a pure sales area of ​​approx. 1,400 m², the property also has an outdoor sales area of ​​approx. 200 m² and 64 customer parking spaces. Centershop has been located in the property since October 2018.
