Alexander Dahlke and Oliver Dahlke have left the Dahlke real estate group (Dahlke Immobilien AG or Dahlke Property Management GmbH) after more than 15 years due to differences in the strategic direction of the further corporate development.

Together with four other shareholders, they founded DRIA GmbH (Dahlke Real Estate Investment and Asset Management) based in Heinsberg.
From now on, the two brothers will concentrate on supporting the expansion of asset management activities for foreign family offices in addition to supporting commercial real estate transactions. Against this backdrop, the Israeli Lahav Family Office
and the Australian Sunshine Family Office are also changing to DRIA GmbH.

As additional shareholders, both Johannes Horrichs and Sebastian Mehlkopp have switched from transaction consultings for Dahlke Immobilien AG to DRIA GmbH. Both shareholders complete the management of the DRIA GmbH with Alexander Dahlke. In addition, Ms Ramona Michaelis has left Dahlke Projektentwicklung GmbH in order to be active in the field of project development at DRIA GmbH in the future. The shareholder round is completed by Stephanie Oostdijk, who is moving from Holland Immo Group to DRIA GmbH as a former asset manager.

At the beginning of its activity, the company manages real estate assets of approximately EUR 200 million. In the course of their professional career, the partners have accompanied commercial real estate transactions with a placement volume of more than EUR 1 billion.
